General Commission Information

your next creation? First we will need to go over some information first. |
Preparation
To be able to successfully create what you want, we will need concept
art to start, noted as your character sheet. Depending on how detailed
you want your character the concept art should match exactly what you
are looking for.
Good character sheets usually comprise of a front shot of your character,
a side or tilted shot showing the side and back, a back shot, and then
details that are hard to get in the overall image (hand or feet gloves/paws,
tail, head, etc.) Just make sure any details you are looking for in your
character are clearly captured in your concept art.
Measuring
Second most important step, we take in measurments through the use of
our custom measuring chart (please look below). We also accept full
body taped dummy (also known as duck taped dummies) if you are more comfortable.
We also do measurments at conventions that we can attend, so please feel
free to ask and we will schedule a visit!
Payments
Will need 25% down deposit to start (non-refundable)
Payments are available for items totaling over $400, no interest
is applied. A minimum of 10% of total payment due is required each month.
We currently accept Paypal transfers (VISA, Mastercard, Discover,
Bank drafts), personal check and money orders. Payments are due monthly
on the sign-on date unless specified different. Georgia residents
please add 7% sales tax to total purchase. |

Shipping
Shipping depends on the item. Once completion is made, the amount of
shipment is then calculated and added to the total purchase. Depending
on item size we will either ship USPS, Fedex Ground or Home, or UPS Ground. Once final
payment is made your item(s) will be shipped out immediately.
